How to drive customers to our sales center and present a memorable experience that influences decision making on the spot.
How to create an immersive experience that bypasses leaflets and brochures and present potential home owners with the means to visualize their next home, its view, decide on the floor plan design and preview the apartment’s yearly sun exposure.
About
We gave mortals the power to manipulate time and a view to the world through the eyes of a giant.
By evolving usual 3D mapping techniques and combining them with interactive technologies we provided customers with the means to enter a future world where their new home resides in. We created a scaled down detailed version of the building and surrounded it with a 360 degrees wall in an enclosed room with controlled lighting and sound.
Projections took care of bringing the whole room to life and a touch surface presented the user with controls relating to sales pitch.
The Model
Simple white shapes act as the perfect support for the animated shell.

Result
Once inside this bubble the user gets transported to another world where there is no need to for a sales pitch, they can check the available floors, pick an apartment location, view its size and modify it as well as relish in the fantastic view to come.
The Project had a second phase intended to record the users choices and transport them into a mobile app that would replay their selection interactively in the comfort of their home.
